Reporting to the Director of Fixed Operations, the Service Drive Attendant is responsible to coordinate the vehicles and customers within the Service department. This position is responsible for greeting customers and working with them to complete a walk around and inspection of their vehicle while documenting the condition and any concerns within an electronic computer system. Once the interaction with the customer, and assessment of the vehicle, is complete the Service Drive Attendant would ensure the flow of the vehicles is optimized to increase the efficiency of the department and customer experience. This position is key in the operation of the Service department as it serves both our customers and our internal departments.
